Who we are
Flamber is a point of sale being built in Australia. "We" and "us" on this page mean Flamber.
What we collect
When you join early access, the form asks for four things: your name, your venue's name, your email address and the type of venue. That's all.
If you send us a privacy request (below), it asks for your email address, what you'd like us to do and, if you want, a short message.
Why
Only to contact you about Flamber — to tell you when it's ready for your venue — and to answer your requests about your details. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details.
Confirming it was you
Anyone can type an email address into a form. So our first email to you asks you to confirm it was you who joined. If it wasn't, ignore it: we won't write to that address about early access again.
Where it goes, and how long we keep it
What you send in either form goes by email to Flamber's founder, and nowhere else. The email is delivered by Resend, an email service in the United States, which keeps a log of it for a short time. This site doesn't keep a copy: there's no database behind the forms and no mailing-list tool.
The only copy we keep is that email, in the founder's email account. Like most email services, that account's provider may store it outside Australia. We keep it until you ask us to delete it.
What this site doesn't do
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no ads.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and its fonts come from Google Fonts. Like any website you visit, they see your IP address when your browser asks them for a page or a font.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Ask with this form, using the email address you joined with. You can ask to see what we have, to correct it or to delete it. We reply to that address within 30 days — and only to it, so your details only ever go back to you. For a deletion, we first ask you to confirm by replying to our email.

Use the form above and pick Something else. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, tell us first. If we don't put it right, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
